What is a Consolidated Eligibility Letter (CEL)?

The one eligibility letter you need to work in or reside at a certified child care facility in PA

Purpose

The safety of our children is our primary goal. The CEL was designed to make sure that individuals who wish to care for our children in our communities meet the standards and background requirements to work in child care.
